Training and Development
The College recognizes the value and importance of life-long learning and supports ongoing professional development opportunities to our faculty and staff. The Human Resources Department offers a variety of workshops such as performance evaluation, leave processes, handbook overviews and College policies and procedures, and salary administration activities. Throughout the academic year, our multiple health and benefits providers offer sessions on benefits, retirement, personal growth, and other life situations that affect one's life.
