It is my pleasure to welcome those who are new to Colorado College and to extend my best wishes for continued success to those who are currently employed at the College.
The College's primary goal is to provide the highest quality education to enrolled students. No matter what particular job you perform, you make an important contribution to the educational development of Colorado College students. That contribution is highly valued and appreciated. We cannot function properly without the staff work that may appear to be far removed from the classroom but, actually, is essential to the College's mission.
This handbook is intended to assist you in understanding the College's personnel policies and procedures. Please refer to it regularly and don't hesitate to direct questions to the Director of Human Resources or the College's Legal Counsel.
Sincerely, Kathryn Mohrman President
